- The service was not delivered as described at the time of purchase.
- A technical failure on our side prevented access to paid features and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
- A duplicate charge was made in error.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
3. Refund Windows
3.1 Subscription Plans
For recurring subscription plans, refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge or the most recent renewal charge. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.
3.2 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, including individual courses, quiz packs, or feature unlocks, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that the purchased content has not been substantially accessed or completed.
3.3 Annual Plans
Annual subscription refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date may be eligible for a full or prorated refund. Requests submitted after 14 days are reviewed on a discretionary basis and may result in a prorated credit rather than a monetary refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Subscription fees for periods already elapsed and fully consumed.
- Purchases where the digital content has been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- Promotional or discounted purchases where refund exclusions were stated at the time of checkout.
- Add-on services that were already delivered or activated.
- Fees related to third-party payment processing charges.

Incomplete requests may result in processing delays.
6. Processing Time
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
7. Partial Refunds and Credits
In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund or account credit instead of a full monetary refund. This may apply when:
- Only a portion of the purchased service was affected by a technical issue.
- The refund window has partially elapsed.
- A compromise resolution is agreed upon between both parties.
Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and are non-transferable.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover any associated fees and restrict future access to our services.
9. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the paid period. If you cancel and believe you are also entitled to a refund under the terms above, you must submit a separate refund request.
